Folks,

Just a word to the wise.  In the past couple of months there have been a number of attempted breakings (some successful).   In some cases this has been coupled with dog poisioning.  In both cases of dog poisioning that I am aware of the dogs died.

We've started to keep the dogs in - especially at night.  Besides - if there in the house then a burgular has to get past them first....

Today a rather suspicious white pickup van pulling a green horsebox (WW reg) has been driving around the area - actually pulling into driveways and blowing the horn.  They claim they are looking for missing horses - maybe thats the case - but best be vigilant particularly given the recent breakins....
