With the current influx of new residents to Crossakiel, in particular, the Cairns Development, there are a number of young families with young children who have already moved in to their new house. As most parent's would agree, bedtime can be quit difficult at times getting the kids off to sleep. What doesn't help is when people let their dogs out at night or early in the morning. Not only is the constant barking irritating for everyone else and inconsiderate, but it can also stop young children from getting to sleep or in some cases, frighten them. Crossakiel is a very nice and quiet village and the last thing that anyone would want is a dispute with their neighbour, so we appreciate it if dog owners would please bear this in mind and keep your dog(s) in the house at night and early in the morning.
